Overview

Arelli Cleaning, a commercial cleaning company with a unique value proposition, were looking to attract more customers. They felt the need for an online presence as most of their major competitors were ahead of Arelli Cleaning in this strategy.

Devising a strategy while implementing a beautifully designed website that is user friendly was an impossible task for the Arelli Cleaning team. Infinidiv devised a brand new website, crafted a professional and converting website, as well as 35 location pages that would appeal to users from across all different locations. Additionally, Infinidiv performed a brand audit by analysing their brand and making required improvements and created multiple custom copies to fit the new brand.

Upon analyzing Arelli Cleaning’s current website, it was evident that their website was unengaging especially due to the design, color scheme, content voice of tone, and inconsistencies across their website. After conducting comprehensive user research, results showed that users had a hard time navigating through the website as the information architecture did not have an organized structure. It was also apparent from their website that many aspects of the site were incomplete or broken.

It was clear that Arelli Cleaning’s website design was obsolete and had very poor usability. This is where Infinidiv planned and worked towards creating a brand new website as well as performing copywriting and QA testing to ensure success.

Arelli Cleaning’s needs were understood by outlining gaps between the current state of the company and their branding/website goals. To create a successful website, Infinidiv followed a 6-step approach

  1. Firstly, Infinidiv outlined the user personas to understand Arelli Cleaning’s ideal target audience.
  2. Secondly, Infindiv used visual content to draw down users' attention and maintain their engagement with Arelli Cleaning.
