Overview

Contessa Developments was looking to establish a concrete brand for its flagship development project, 5509 Dundas West, that would also be used as the foundation for a brand of unified developments from Contessa. The goal of the brand was to iron out communication and design standards for interaction with or between the various parties involved in refined rentals such as building management, investors, the city, renters, and even the planners, architects, designers and others involved in planning the development. Once achieved the development of the building along with its subsequent management would be a far easier task for the owners, which would increase the overall efficiency of development netting greater returns of all involved.

An initial brand strategy, followed by a tangible online brand book would provide the necessary standards that were desired such as logo, colour, composition, imagery, motion, tone of voice, and typography. Using the newly designed brand the secondary goal of communicating up-to-date information about the project’s status to multiple stakeholders as well as attracting qualified renters for its units was achieved by the development of a website.

Infinidiv successfully launched an elegantly designed website that implemented the new brand consistently while simultaneously challenging the surrounding competition in an area dense with new developments. Developed to keep up with constantly changing project information Infinidiv implemented a Content Management System that could easily share new updates, building features, and imagery as it became available from any party. In order to keep in touch with the community, email capture forms are available to take down any user’s email address to keep them notified about any new updates that are released to the website.
